Where necessary, protective coverings may be used to reduce slip risks and protect floors. Customers will be advised to keep children and pets away from work areas during loading and unloading, and to avoid walkways being used for carrying heavy or bulky items.

Training, Information and Supervision

Kentish Town Removals will provide staff with suitable and relevant health and safety training appropriate to their role. This may include induction training, manual handling and lifting techniques, safe use of equipment, vehicle safety, working in confined spaces and awareness of common hazards encountered during moves in homes and workplaces.

Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with training and company procedures, that new or less experienced workers are appropriately supported, and that any unsafe behaviour is corrected promptly.
